Who We Are
Postal Court Education Trust was founded by constitutional-minded Americans who believe in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the right of every defendant to understand their case and take control of their strategy.
We are not attorneys. We are not a law firm. We are educators and advocates who understand that the current legal system is broken and that defendants need a better way.
What We Believe
We believe your rights are given to you by God, not by government. We believe the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. We believe courts should follow the Constitution, not ignore it. We believe you have the right to understand your charges and the right to take control of your case.
What We Do
We teach defendants how to understand the constitutionality of their charges, how to question the accounting done in their name, and how to document their strategy through certified mail and strategic notices. We help you take control of your case.
